Dear Editor:
I guess it’s not enough that Mayor Daley gave the whole lakefront to his wealthy developer friends; now he wants to sign over the rest of Chicago to them. Not one building on the lakefront has affordable living.
According to Daley, it’s all about high-income living on the lakefront, West Side, Bridgeport, anywhere his rich developer friends want to build and make money. If we don’t get rid of Daley soon there won’t be a middle-class or low-income Chicago any longer, it will be government by the developers and for the higher-incomes. Or, before we know it, one of his developer friends will be named, Da Mayor of Chicago!
We will deserve what we get for not voting him out.
